Shipping within Australia starts from $10 AUD.
Please allow up to 3 days for your items to be shipped, unless item description states otherwise.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and AusPost tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For regular letter post, you can generally expect your letter to arrive within 2 weeks.
Letters are sent untracked.
If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of shipping, please reach out.

International shipping starts from $20 AUD.
Please allow up to 3 days for your items to be shipped, unless item description states otherwise.
International packages are sent through AusPost.
Each international package is sent with a tracking number provided through AusPost, which will allow you to see how long your package will take to arrive.
You will recieve a shipping confirmation and AusPost tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note, I am not liable for any import taxes or duties that may occur after shipping.
For regular letter post, please refer to the AusPost website for estimated arrival dates to your address, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

If you happen to have an issue with your order, please email me at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can organise a solution.
I am not liable for damaged or lost parcels once the items have been sent.
As my items are one of a kind, I unfortunately do not issue refunds or returns on a change of mind.

Custom orders are designed, cut, sewn, and made from scratch.
I absolutely love making sure you are 100% happy with your designs, and I make sure to keep in contact with you with updates and pictures along the process.
Because your item is made specifically for you, I do not offer returns on these products.
Please note, once your order has been placed, no changes can be made to your cart or shipping details. But please reach out, I may be able to provide a solution! :)
